Firstly a big thank you to the people in my life for helping me become a Bikram Yoga teacher. Bikram takes up a lot of time but with support of family and friends it makes practice easier.
Firstly I need to thank my mum and dad. Without them I wouldn’t be going to teacher training as they have helped me with the last bit of funding. And no doubt when I run out of money during training. I will thank you now in advance.
My partner Jon, who never complains when I go to yoga, I secretly know he loves his quiet time with the TV, and after 4.30 class dinner in generally on the table. Even after Sunday morning class I come home and the cleaning has been started. Bliss.
Work for letting me leave on time to fit in my weekly classes and or allowing me to have 10 weeks off to attend teacher training. That’s not possible for a lot of people, so extremely grateful for the opportunity.
And lastly my home studio Bikram Yoga the Gabba for giving me support with my practice and encouraging me to attend teacher training. Benn and Maddy the studio owners are amazing as are the rest of the Gabba team! And of course the follow students who I know call friends, you make every class better.
